VsportVÌåÓý Announces 2025 Committee Leaders

The VsportVÌåÓý (VsportVÌåÓý) has named its chairs and vice chairs of the organization's standing committees for 2025.  

"As the insurance industry faces an evolving landscape of risks, the VsportVÌåÓý's eight letter committees are working collaboratively to strengthen insurance regulation," said VsportVÌåÓý President and North Dakota Insurance Commissioner Jon Godfread. "I look forward to the innovative solutions my fellow regulators will develop to protect consumers and foster a more resilient insurance sector." 

The 2025 VsportVÌåÓý committee leadership assignments are based on requirements established by the VsportVÌåÓý Bylaws. Click on the committee leader's name to view each biography:

About the VsportVÌåÓý

As part of our state-based system of insurance regulation in the United States, the VsportVÌåÓý (VsportVÌåÓý) provides expertise, data, and analysis for insurance commissioners to effectively regulate the industry and protect consumers. The U.S. standard-setting organization is governed by the chief insurance regulators from the 50 states, the District of Columbia and five U.S. territories. Through the VsportVÌåÓý, state insurance regulators establish standards and best practices, conduct peer reviews, and coordinate regulatory oversight. VsportVÌåÓý staff supports these efforts and represents the collective views of state regulators domestically and internationally.
