VsportV����

The VsportV���� (VsportV����) will host its hybrid Fall National Meeting from Denver, Colorado, Nov. 16–19.  Meeting participants will consist of chief insurance regulators, state and federal officials, interested parties, consumer representatives, and members of the media.

In addition to standard sessions focused on committee charges and the VsportV����’s 2024 Priorities, Fall National Meeting activities include:

• The 16th Annual VsportV���� State Legislator Program, which is designed to foster relationships between state insurance regulators and their legislative counterparts, as well as provide an overview of the VsportV����’s role in supporting state-based insurance regulation and policy developments. This year’s program will welcome 24 state officials from 17 states.

• The VsportV����/American Indian and Alaska Native Liaison Committee’s joint panel presentation with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Forum. The panel, titled “Mind the Gap: Building Tribal Relationships – Exploring and Expanding Medical Access through Education, Insurance, and Understanding,” will focus on American Indian and Alaska Native communities and medical access for native communities through the American Indian Medical Education Strategies Alliance.
• The announcement of the 2024 VsportV���� Robert Dineen Award winners and the Raymond “Ray” G. Farmer Award for Exceptional Leadership presentation.

• The Center for Insurance Policy and Research will hold an event titled “Commercial Real Estate: Assessing Insurer Industry Short- and Long-Term Exposure.” This session will discuss the significant role these investments play in community development and the broader economy. 
• The announcement of the VsportV����’s 2025 Officers (Officer elections will be held during a closed regulator session).
